A recent bible teaching I heard was expounding on the word "translated" from Colossians 1:13 (King James Version of the Bible). A teacher made reference to the Sanskrit translation of "Translated or Transferred" having something to do with "given us citizenship". I don't remember the exact details, but the teaching went on citing this verse as how God has given us Citizenship, etc...
I don't know Sanskrit, and I'm wondering the accuracy of this translation, or any more information that can be supplied about this word. Can anyone out there help me with this word's meaning in Sanskrit. Thanks much! -David --- I apologize if this topic or word was covered; I used the forum search as best I could before making a new thread. |
