Can anyone help with this, if not i will give up as this was my last hope. It has been several days and its becoming urgent. Or perhaps can anyone direct me where to go if I am in the wrong place....

There is no case ending in उन्माद.
I suppose it is accusative: उन्मादं प्रति विकसति [unmādaṁ prati vikasati] Translation is as follows: "It is extending, increasing towards craziness" If उन्माद is nominative: उन्मादः प्रतिविकसति [unmādaḥ prativikasati] then the translation is: "Craziness is extending itself back"
