Sorry, It is not passion, neither a love desease. In the strictest sense, it is perversion in sexual relation(Kama = Sex & Vikara=Perversion) . I think I need not elaborate it.

It's in Hindi... When I asked for the translation in Hindi, it is the word which one had given me...

damn the idiot who took this fine sanskrit word and put it in hindi vocabulary and said it means perversion...
if that is how hindi took the advantages of sanskrit... then i am disgused
