Please help me with a translation

Hi!

I hope you can help me.

My sister is going to have twins, and for their birth I want to give them necklaces with engravings.
I’d really love to have the engravings in Sanskrit (...Devanagari...) and I hope you can help me to translate my ideas.

Here is what I’d like to write:

Be strong, and may your heart be courageous.
Live each day. (Meaning basically as in the Latin “Carpe Diem” or: Cherish each day and LIVE it- don’t waste it. Please feel free to translate it accordingly, English is not my first language…

)

Could you also tell me how to pronounce the translations?
