Thank you so much for your help in advance. The phrase is this:
"Gloria in Excelsus Deo!" (Latin), or "Glory to God in the highest!" in English. It's a bare-bones celebration of the infinite.

While I realize this phrase comes to us through the Christian faith, I find myself drawn more to the teachings of the Buddha. I suspect there may in fact not be an absolute direct translation in Sanskrit, but - how close can we come?

Thank you for the accuracy of any reply. A Sanskrit translation of the above phrase (or very similar) in the devanagari script may eventually be inked on my skin!

Paramaatma namaah is very nearly close to what you may be looking for (Glory to the great God!) I cannot write it in Sanskrit but let me know if you need it written in Hindi. . .

Thank you F/F! And another phrase has been offered to me. I've been busy translating the words the best I can from the net, but I have no concept of grammar or syntax:

jayatu brahmavarchasam.h
jayatu brahmaNo mahimaa

How would you best translate this into English? Maybe:
To achieve spiritual maturity
is to achieve the glory of God

or maybe:
Glory to ultimate spiritual maturity,
Glory to God’s infinite Greatness

? I must get it correct! Thank you much.
