Sanskrit to English - please help me honor someone

Hello, I would like the following translated into sanskrit so I can copy it by hand into a card of gratitude:

Thank You

I & my wife recently spent an enjoyable evening in the company of a delightful gentleman from India. We would like to present him a card to express our gratitude for sharing his company. He is a well educated man who said he spoke 8 languages. I understand that Sanskrit is written in a common script that is recognizable by most people in India, so if someone is kind enough to translate:

Thank You

for me into Sanskrit, I'm sure I will be able to copy it well enough by hand that he will be able to read it.

But how do I write this in sanskrit script here?
