I had the following phrases translated for me. Can anyone tell me what these mean in english, just so I can be sure they are correct.

गते काले सर्ववस्तूनि गच्छंति

कुछ भी हमेशा के लिए नही रहता

शक्तिमाप्नुहि = have strength
कुछ भी हमेशा के लिए नही रहता = Nothing is permanent
गते काले सर्ववस्तूनि गच्छंति = All things pass in time

"Nothing is permanent" is written in normal Hindi, so here is a better version,

कुछ भी स्थायी नहीं है

I know it has been asked in this forum already, but I am looking for the root word for breath or spirit in Sanskrit. I've been looking around and for breath I've found: Svasah, or Prana and for spirit I know it can be atma or atman. The word I am looking for is to be similar with the Greek pneuma

"I believe that the very purpose of our life is to seek happiness and joy"
