I know it has been asked in this forum already, but I am looking for the root word for breath or spirit in Sanskrit. I've been looking around and for breath I've found: Svasah, or Prana and for spirit I know it can be atma or atman. The word I am looking for is to be similar with the Greek pneuma

hello
I am looking for a short phrase translation, from english to nepali with devanagari alphabet. It's a relly short quote from Dalai Lama "I believe that the very purpose of our life is to seek happiness and joy" Is there anyone who could help me? It seems impossible to find someone who can translate this little sentence... Please help me (if you can) Thank you very much in advance for your time. Claudio (italy) |
