I'm new on this forum and I find it really great. Can someone help me to translate the sentence "Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment." in sanskrit or in tibetan,please. I would love to write it on my body 'cause it's my way of thinking   .Thank you.  |
