Sanskrit script for tattoo - Page 30

I would like to know how you write "Kuruvilla" in sanskrit...if it is possible...im thinking of getting my family name as a tattoo but dont know how to write it. I did some research to find the historic form of my own language (which is malayalam) and found some info that Sanskrit/Prakrit is the oldest classical version of my language...does anyone know and do you know how to write my last name "KURUVILLA" in that language?

Your help is GREATLY appreciated!

I need help for this sentence: "He who walks alone",
something like "Aquele que caminha sozinho" in my Language (Brazilian Portuguese).
