hi all, i need help translating a picasso quote into latin

'art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life'

i'm setting up an art group and would like to use it as a motto.
i've tried looking it up online, but keep getting different meanings and i wouldn't know where to start with grammer etc. any help would be greatly appreciated. many thanks, pete

"Ars vitae quotidianae pulverem animo abluit"

This one is the literal translation.I would prefer "dierum"(of the days) instead of "vitae quotidianae".It remains more poetical,with Picasso's permision
