coislinianum - Help w. translation

Was bedeutet "coislinianum"? Ich brauche sehr das Wort zu verstehen fuer eine Theologische Article.

Could anyone suggest how to translate the "coislinianum" (Sed dum parisienses versarem, incidi in coislinianum 364, a quo XXXVIII acepti plane novos, silente Montfauconio, qui nihil novi odorabatur, dum eumdem codicem versaret et describeret sigillatim). I am working on the theological article and cannot find the translation anywhere.

Well, your text is not a classical Latin one, but perhaps a work from Baroque epoch on Theology. "Parisienses" seems a direct latinisation from French "parisiens", and Montfauconio from the family name or nobiliary title of someone called Montfaucon.

It seems to have being one (or some) French churchman (or churchmen) named Coislin, owner/compilator/translator of some theological texts, and a so called manuscript collection. Then, "coislinianum 364, a quo XXXVIII" seems to be referred to a supposed "coislinianum manuscriptum", or "coislinian manuscript".

Thank you very much. You solved the puzzle for me. Indeed the author of the passage Cardinal Pitra lived in XIX c., not even Baroque epoche.
