Default “Kill them all. God will know his own.”

Neca eos omnes. Deus suos agnoscet.

Caedite eos! Novit enim Dominus qui sunt eius.

Both above mean the same:
“Kill them all. God will know his own.”

Anybody know why they are so different?
Which is more correct or more to the point and why?
My gratitude speaks for helping us.

In latin like in others languages one phrase can be said in many different ways.
It is the quotation from Albigensian Crusades. I like the first more, it means, translating word by word “Kill them all. God will know his own.”,

If we want to translate the second word by word, we have to say: Kill them! The Lord has known indeed, who are His"

novit is perfect of noscere(to know), it means He/she/it knew or has known
"will know" is noscet or noverit.

necare,caedere -both mean "to kill"
neca(is singular, an order for one person) - kill!
caedite (plural, an order for two or more people)
omnes - all
eos - them
suos/eius - his
Deus - God
Dominus - The Lord
enim - indeed, because
qui - who
agnoscere - to know
esse - to be, sunt - are

I cannot say, that the second phrase is incorrect(if someone said it in the past and noone corrected him, I cannot say it is bad), but I think the first is more to the point.
