I need an English to Latin Translation

Hi guys,

I am doing a school/university branding and concept and I am working on a tagline 'Knowledge and wisdom for the world'. I need that line translated to Latin.

I have done some word by word searches in the Internet and constructed the line 'Gnaritas et Prudentia nam Mundos'. Is this the correct one? I would appreciate if you give your feedback. Thanks!

Your phrase is not correct.

Cognitio sapientiaque mundo. 'Knowledge and wisdom for the world'

Cognitio - knowledge
sapientia - wisdom
que - and
mundo - for the world

Sorry, based on the word for word translation, Im guessing que comes before sapienta. Right?

No, wrong. Latin word order is different from English. The enclitic que (and) should be pasted like a tail onto the second word - just like I have done. Here is another example: Senatus Populusque Romanus ("Senate people-and Roman" = "The Roman Senate and people")
