Hi, Bernhard! Nice to talk to you again. Thanks for the first comment in my blog. I am inclined to post here as much info as visitors want.
I think people who think life in Russia gets less democratic are not in the know about the real status quo. To my mind it's quite on the contrary - every year the life gets better and better. And common people feel it. If you are interested in some specific aspects, I could tell you.

May be even more than 70%. These elections won't chage anything. Putin will stay head of the state, whether a president or prime-minister or else.
