Well, for me I use AL-Mawrid : A Modern English-Arabic dictionary...will, this is a good one .
As for the online dictionaries, I use
ÇáÞÇãæÓ ãÊÚÏÏ ÇááÛÇÊ .. this is a multiligual dictionary, and it works well for me.
