I'm sorry to bother you for another time, but this time I really need you.
I want to build a similar languages site in China, the domain has been bought, but I really want to use the same program as Vbulletin, but my space provider told me that VB was a paid service, so I want you to verify if the VB program is free or paid. Or if paid, how much, and can you suggest some other similar forum programs suitable for a language forum?
