I recall seeing this poster [image of which] in one book on modern Thai political history. Actually it was a propaganda poster distributed by the occupation army of Imperial Japan way back in early 1942. In fact the Thai people had a short war with Japan before allowing the Japanese army a free passage thru Thailand to feed attacking forces in British Malaya and Burma. The Japanese protrayed themselves as saviours and together with the Thai army, they could fight off colonization of Thailand from the French and British colonists [imperialists]
That is the meaning of the poster, but to ask me to translate the Thai....sorry , I am not proficient in Thai to do so.
