Hi , indeed we suffer from very high temperatures. But the main problem is not the high of these temperature during the day. it's hard because the temperatures does not fall down when the night comes. For example here in Paris We got 34°C daylight and 22-23°C all night long. This keeping warm air. That's the main problem. If the night temperature would falldown to 14-15°C it would be ok. 35°C is hot but not unbearable, just ask people in Africa.
We got some solution , Conditioning Air, Shower lots of time per day. Drink a lot.
