I agree equality cannot be absolute and has to be matched with some facts of living. It is clear that a physician and a bus driver for example shall find a social equality depending on their respective responsabilities, job implications and so forth. But how come nature can interefere with that? Sex, skin color, lenght of hair, beard etc... A physician is a physician, whether man or woman, they have the same rights and duty.
