The company I performed my training course for was called Etrali France, since June 1st 2006 it is called orange business trading solution.

My main activity consists in fixing devices and "racks postes" (là je sais pas ce que c'est
) that let work phones, and then I test them on a simulation system.
When a customer calls for a needed repair, a technician goes to the spot and observs the break down and brings the device back (SAV).
We have three different phone types, so I have to take into account the different outlines to fix them.
Orange business has been the first company in 1987 to provide touch screen devices, which facilitate the use, it is much appreciated by traders.
From time to time I may fix computers as well. These diversified activities let me increase my electronic skills and be independent in my job.
