But why?
When my son was three he would start all of his questions with "But why, mommy?" And it wasn't long before everything he noticed became a question.
My son had fallen in love with watching "green man" (the Incredible Hulk) so my mother went out and brought him an Incredible Hulk tee where the image
was standing and screaming in rage. So I decided to ask my son about his tee shirt and to show him how annoying "but why" is. So I asked a few questions with what else but, "but why".
I asked "why is the green man so angry?". He replied "I don't know, mommy".
I asked "But why is he screaming like that?" and I got another "I don't know, mommy.
Around the third question I guess he got a little annoyed because his last
answer to "But, Sean, why is the green man so mad?" was "I don't know mommy, maybe because his mommy talks too much!"
And then I left the room.
