Amenalistic : Orange reddish colored bordered either with cream white or light orange, and of course red eyed.
Anerytristic : Background color is a more or less dark grey, bordered with black dapples.
Butter : Even yellow, it is obtained by inbreeding an elaph amelanistic and a caramel
Candy Cane : Obtained inbreeding an albino elaph guttata and an elaph guttata miami. Most wanted ones have a huge contrast white and orange.
Caramel : Background color can vary from light brown to yellowish grey with caramel or chocolate-brown back dapples
Classic : Color is light orange with red and black encircled dapples on the back. Usually black and white bellied, looks like a checkerboard
Births : April 14 2006, after 59 days of incubation, the first babies get out of their eggs. We had to help the two first ones, here are the previews. Three other ones were born on 04/15, one on 04/16 and the last three on 04/17! They are all healthy. 4 of them had their first lunch in the 2-3 days following the birth.
Installations : Here are some pictures of our equipments. There are moslty terrariums Herptek, one glass terrarium (120/50/70cm). And another terrarium under construction (160/60/100cm). We'll show the pictures later. Some other smaller terrariums are also in use for young elaphs. We also own an incubator, we built it ourselves!
