"trinti" means erase (clear fields)
so you should choose "toliau". it means go further. all the fields must be filled. dont forget to enter the place you live in (Miestas - means city, but as a foreigner you will find a small list of countries and continents at the end)
as much as i understand, after registering in that place you will be sent some kind of email with instructions. or maybe not
