I received your SMS fine, but I don't know whether you've received mine. I'm writing from a new address because for some reason, I can't open the other one, so I haven't been able to read your mail.
I'm going into hospital tomorrow morning for a series of analyses. If everything goes well, I'll be back in Barcelona on Monday morning, and we can meet. Should the results be negative, I fear I'll have to undergo an operation, and then I'll be back in Barcelona on Saturday morning only.
I have the money, I'll see tomorrow if I can ask a friend to send it to you for me, so you receive it as soon as possible (In case I'm only coming back on saturday) I am truly sorry about this.
We are thinking of leaving the flat in october, maybe before, but if this should happen, I would pay the last month as agreed.
I will of course confirm this to you 3 months in advance, I just preferred to tell you about it now.
I really hope you don't think we are bad payers ; it's true I have always paid in cash so far, and I find this is the easiest way. So as to avoid this kind of problem, I'll get the money in cash everytime, and I'll go to the back afterwards to make the transfer.
