Default False statement about restrictive expression Ne..que

Salut:
Note:
Ne...que has the same meaning as seulement (only) "Ne" is placed before the verb and "que" before the expression which is modified by the restriction :
il a seulement seize ans ------ il n'a que seize ans
Elle est ici depuis seulement six mois ---Elle n'est ici que depuis six mois.

Ne...que is not a negative but a restrictive expression ..therefore the indifinite and definite article do not change to "de" when they follow ne....que

Nous n'avons mange' que des fruits
Elle n'a regarde' qu'un film.

Question :
According to the above Statement
Which of the following is a "False "Statement about the restrictive expression, "ne ....que" ?

it is often translated as a statement which includes the word "only"
it changes indefinite and definite articles following it to just "de"
it does not require use of the word "pas"

Ps: I think that "It change indefinite and definite articles following it to just "de"
is a False Statement
Can you Confirm that Svp ...
TIA...
