I was out of office since for an approximately a week. But new handlebar/stem has being send to your last week, as well as bolts sets. Of course it is your rights to claim money back especially after you bended the bar. In fact it is first case when the bar was bended. By the way it is possible to fix the bar since it is titanium and it is possible to do rebending it. At the moment I can only ask you to wait till the parcel will arrive to you and after that please let us know what could be your final step.
