The forum choice is of course one of the biggest problem we have. The worst thing you can do is multi-post... that would mess up the forums more than they are right now. So don't use this method when you don't know where to post, just post in one forum will see what we can do then.
I think that even if we would write clearly in the rules what forum each thread should be posted there won't be much improvement... I am far from sure that everybody reads the rules...
Since people who speak at least two languages use to run the 2 forums concerning their language, there won't be much forgotten subjects.
So for right now I think we should let it go on. We will think about it problems occure more and more often.
