and this?
The first sentence would be

En jaksa elää ilman koiraani.

You have to use the partitive case with the object, and infinitive with the second verb (it's a verb chain (verbiketju in finnish) and the second verb is always in infinitive.. for example, haluta juoda, jaksaa tehdä jotain (jotain=something), täytyä opiskella and so on.)

then, if you want to say 'I can't live without my dog', you use the verb "voida", which conjugates as voin, voit, voi, voimme, voitte, voivat

En voi elää ilman koiraani

the verb pystyä has the same effect, but it's usage is more difficult.

en pysty elämään ilman koiraani

then the second sentence

Sinussa herttakorttini asetaa.

sinussa=in you
herttakorttini=my hearts card
asettaa=to set

the sentence should be "Asetan sinuun herttakorttini" (I set in you my hearts card)

.. but it doesn't make much sense. You can't really set cards to anyone

questions?
