First, the verb you're looking for is jaksaa, and in present you conjugate it as jaksan, jaksat, jaksaa, jaksamme, jaksatte, jaksavat.

joku=some, someone
vastata=to answer
postini= my posts

I don't know what did you want to say with the beginning of the sentence, but the end would be

...., kun joku vastaa posteihini (when someone answers to my posts)
