I think there still is some kind of techincal problem! See, it says up there that the total of voters is 15; while they are 23 if you count the total of votes next to each name.
Besides, The_FD and Marielamanche seem to have 100% of votes
; which makes just the 15 votes counted.
Hope it'll be fixed soon, and that this experience works to last for the coming months
