www.betumi.com). I recently traveled to Marrakech to learn a little about North African cooking (see the pictures at BETUMI). I asked about good books on Moroccan cooking, and was advised to get a book I thought was called "Choumicha." Did I misunderstand? Is that the name of a person who does cooking shows, or is it also a book? (I also have a blog at
