you were almost 100 percent correct with translations, except several missprints It shoud be "Sveikinu su gimtadieniu" and "laimingu naujuju metu". "Kaledu" should be written with first capital letter. And all together these phrases could be
"Tikiuosi Tau patiko gimtadienis, linkiu linksmu Kaledu ir laimingu Naujuju metu, nuosirdziausi linkejimai..."
