Default [Anglais --> Français]Un traduction à vous soumettre

Salut, je suis en train de lire un article de journal (anglais) et je ne comprends pas certains phrases :
  1. Reform at snail pace
  2. In theory that is due to end
  3. it intends to introduce legislation to ban age discrimination in employment.
  4. It has set up an age advisory group to seek nationwide consultation on the subject.
  5. But do not hold your breath.
  6. at a meeting in brussels agreed the equal treatment Framework Directive requiring all EU members including Britain, to bring in such legislation within their own countries by december in 2006.
  7. In fact in it's original draft the Directive fixed December 2003 as the commencement date bur our government, ever keen to prove itself the businessman's friend, negociated a special exception, delaying it by three years.
  8. So what is the law in the meantime ?

A++ Merci d'avance
