The seal of faculty has been affixed on the photograph of the holder and signature of the chairman. Without this, the certificate shall be considered as forged:
il sigillo della Facoltà è stato apposto sulla fotografia del detentore e
sulla firma del chairman (if you mean the Headmaster of the Faculty , you have to say Rettore). Senza il suddetto , il certificato è da considerarsi forged (sorry i don't know the meaning of this word).
