Well u are right it’s كم in Arabic Fos7a, but all the text above in Nancy’s song have nothing to do with Arabic Fos7a, it’s all in Egyptian dialect and wherever u are not writing Arabic Fos7a u can write what u hear/say exactly and it won’t be that wrong, even though it’s still better to write the shared words [ between Fos7a and dialects] in the Fos7a way
