Hello !

I think of "Chúc mừng mùa hạ vui vẻ" or "Chúc ông mùa hạ thú vị"

"mùa thu" is "autumn"
"thú vị" is "intresting or pleasant", generally the term used is "vui vẻ" for "joyfull"
