Default Leave extension- Italian translation required
Please help to translate in Italian

Respected Sir,
That I have been granted leave by you up to 22.09.2005. But I have to face a hearing at the Court of Senior Civil Judge xxxx on 28.09.2005. Please extend my leave up to 30.09.2005. I shall be very thankful to you in this regard.
