He sings the real society problems like politicians `s corruption, poorness, unfair in the society, crimes etc..

Viu que todo cara-pálida vivia atrás das grades e chamou a TV e os jornais
= he saw that all "pale faced man "lived behind bars (bars to protect houses) and called the tv and the newspapers

E disse: "Índio chegou, trazendo novidade índio trouxe Cachimbo da Paz"
= and said - " Indian came bringing news for you...indian brought the pipe of peace".

A Polícia Federal preparou uma cilada
= federal police trapped him

= and the pipe of peace was forbidden

Entra na caçamba vagabundo! Vamô pra DP!
= get in the car, come on... to the police station! (said the police to the indian)

Ê, ê, ê! Índio tá fudido porque lá o pau vai comer!"
=eh and the indian was in trouble ...everything will be complicated

Na delegacia só tinha viciado e delinquente
= at the police station, there were only addicted and delinquente people

Cada um com um vício, um caso diferente
= each one had a different addiction, a different case

Um cachaceiro esfaqueou o dono do bar porque ele não vendia pinga fiado
= (for eg) a cachaça drunker who sttabed the owner of the bar because he refused to sell it for "free"

E um senhor bebeu uísque demais, acordou com um travesti e assassinou o coitado
= another sir, drank too much whisky. and woke up with a gay and killed the poor one

Um viciado no jogo apostou a mulher, perdeu a aposta e ela foi sequestrada
= a game addicted man who bet his wife and lost the game and she was kidnapped

Era tanta ocorrência, tanta violencia, que o índio não tava entendendo
= there were so many facts there that the indian couldn`t understand at all

Ele viu que o delegado fumava um charuto fedorento e acendeu um "Da Paz" = so he noticed the police officer smoked a kind of stinky pipe..so he lighted his pipe of peace

pra relaxar
= just to relax

Mas quando foi dar um tapinha, levou um tapão violento e um chute naquele lugar
= but when he was about to smoke it, he got spanked and a kick in "that place"

Foi mandado pro presídio e no caminho assistiu um acidente causado por excesso de cerveja:
= he was sent to prision and on his way he saw a car accident caused bya beer drunk driver

Uma jovem que bebeu demais atropelou um padre e os noivos na porta da igreja
= it was a young boy..he drank too much and hit a priest and the new-husband and wife in front of the church

E pro índio nada mais faz sentido
= to the indian.....nothing else made any sense at all

Com tantas drogas porque só o seu cachimbo é proibido?
= with so much drugs around here why his pipe is forbidden?

Na penitenciaria o "índio fora da lei" conheceu os criminosos de verdade
= in the jail the "outlaw indian " knew real criminals

Entrando, saindo e voltando cada vez mais perigosos prasociedade
= coming and leaving and coming back worse and more dangerous

Aí, cumpadí, tá rolando um sorteio na prisão
= so my "buddy" we are making a random choice in the jail...(said -someone there)

Pra reduzir a superlotação todo mês alguns presos tem que ser executados- =to reduce the number we must kill some prisioners

E o índio foi um dos sorteados e tentou acalmar os outros presos:
= and the indian was one of the chosen to die, but he tried to calm down the other prisioners

"Peraí, vâmo fuma um Cachimbinho da Paz"...
= "wait wait.. let`s smoke some pipe of peace.."

Eles começaram a rir e espancaram o velho índio até não poder mais
= so the prisioners laughed and spanked him until get tired

E antes de morrer ele pensou: "essa tribo é atrasada demais. Eles querem acabar com a violência,
=and before he dies he thought... "this tribe is too much ignorant (not civilized) .. they want to end violence,

Mas a paz é contra lei e a lei é contra paz"
= but peace is against the law and the law is against the peace"...

E o Cachimbo da Paz continua proibido
= so the pipe of peace is still forbidden

Mas se você quer comprar é mais fácil que pão
= but if you want to buy it , it is easier than bying bread

Hoje em dia ele é vendido pelos mesmos bandidos que mataram o velho índio na prisão.
=nowadays it is sold by the same criminals who killed the old indian in jail...
