Default “Kill them all. God will know his own.”

Neca eos omnes. Deus suos agnoscet.

Caedite eos! Novit enim Dominus qui sunt eius.

Both above mean the same:
“Kill them all. God will know his own.”

Anybody know why they are so different?
Which is more correct or more to the point and why?
My gratitude speaks for helping us.
