Well of course chinese has its own advantages but every single language on earth has its advantages and inconvenients.

In most european languages you can guess word meanings since their roots,
In chinese you will guess art of the meaning since the key of the character

The same to remember the nomenclature, most of the time you have to remember the root of the word.

Though for exemple in french there are many ways to write a single sound, which makes the spelling quite tough to handle from time to time.
In chinese you cannot know how to pronounce an ideogramme when you don't know it because the prononciation is not necessarily written down.

As I said each languages have its won advantages and inconvenients.

That's true your way of thinking depends on your native language, and learning another one can improve it, but never change it once for all.
