I don't know it well really. But one of my friends is in France and we watched a Fench stage perform-Notre Dame-in music class, and it really sounds not so good for my mates and me. But I know many others enjoy it.
To be honest, I don't touch languages besides Chinese, English or Japanese very often. My foreign teacher did taught us Latin for 40min one year ago~ Some of my mates listen to Korean music.
