Do you know Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence?-mutual respect for territorial integrity and sovereignty, mutual non-aggression, non-interference in each other's internal affairs, equality and mutual benefit, and peaceful coexistence. It was first addressed by India and China, but actually by Chinese prime minister Zhou Enlai. I think that's why we don't start wars first.
And there's a Chinese saying as 'Peace is the most important'.
As for Communism, history chose it and lead it.
You can be a Christian here, religion free as long as you don't harm the society.
I think the Communist Party is the best choice for China, since it has sooooooo many people. You can't spend much money in selecting you president directly, or argueing about which party's fault it is, can you?
Luckily, the Communist Party doesn't decide things by their own. There's a special system for deciding things, which I can't explain well here~ Other parties are involved in.
And what's 'slit eyes' anyway?
