This sentence doesn't really mean anything one its own, but it's like:
"(It) exceeds the Mitsubishi Pajero 4x4."
So it could be like it is comparing a new, better car, with the (older?) Pajero, or like advertising from another car maker saying that their car is better than Pajero maybe. It depends on the context.
