It used to switch between Finnish and Arabic with me, until I made Finnish a default one.. you do it from cpanel-regional & language settings - something - something.. well it's the same place where you add them. Then 'bold' the keyb you want to have as a default.. I prefer this so much more from the visual one, ya3ny as with asma.
