as u can understand arabic i'll write in arabic dev .
katabahu ismahu ???? it's false because when u speak as that u can not put "ismahu" because the "hu" remplaced "ismahu"(in the grammar : kataba: verbe in the past and its remark are fatha and subjct is absent (فعل ماض مبني على الفتح, والفاعل مبني للمجهول )
hu:ضمير متصل مبني في محل نصب مفعول به

so 4 this reason u will can not write the subject .by the way , u can say:
kattabahu jaidan = he wrote it well and well became adjectif qualificatif صفة.or u can write it but u remove "hu" as that : kataba ismahu.it's more correcte .
