He wanted to know what kattabahu meant. I told him it was probably katabahu. Then, he gave me an example of a verb where the second consonant is doubled (wazan II if I'm not mistaken), and I gave him other example, but saying that "kattaba" itself did not exist (as far as I am concern - along with my good arabic dictionary)... But perhaps with new technology we could find use for this word, as you suggested
