Gerstu, I don't know how much French you know, but it is really important for you to understand that both the versions you have been given are good French, and that which one you prefer depends on how formal or informal the context is. FD's translation is better if you are talking or writing to someone you know really well (it uses the familiar "tu" for "you"). Lauralog's translation is very formal: not only does it include phrases that are normally only found in formal business correspondence, like "pour tous renseignments pouvant ... être utiles", but it uses the formal, polite word for "you": "vous".
If you want to avoid the over-formal business style, but don't consider it appropriate to use the familiar "tu", you could adapt FD's version, replacing "tu" with "vous":
