In China, The Chinese Turkish is written in Arabic Alphabet, and when Russia influenced China in the 1950s, Chinese Turkish was written in Russian Alphabet, so as Mongol written in their own alphabet but in those old days it is written in Russian alphabet, and till today the Republic of Mongol between China and Russia (The Republic of Mongol is indepent from China in 1921) applies Russian alphabet as their mongol spelling and pronouncing. So if you said that Turkish is written in Latin or Arabic, I don't quite agree with you on the topic that "Turkish comes from Arabic", if so, I would say that "Mongol comes from Russian" or "Arabic/Turkish comes from Russian", but apparently they are not.
