Default Difference Btw Brazilian and European Portuguese

Remarks:

Some words have an acute accent (´) in European Portuguese, but a circumflex accent (^) in Brazilian Portuguese. Example: bebé > bebê (baby), quilómetro > quilômetro (kilometer).
Some words have a letter c in European Portuguese, but not in Brazilian Portuguese. Example: acção > ação (action), director > diretor (director).
Some words (especially clothes) are used in the plural form in European Portuguese, but in the singular form in Brazilian Portuguese. Example: calças > calça, (trousers), sapatos > sapato (shoes).
Some words used in European Portuguese have a completely different meaning in Brazilian Portuguese. Example: apelido (nickname), chouriço (sausage made of blood = black pudding).
Upper case letter is used to write the days of the week and the months of the year in European Portuguese, but lower case letter in Brazilian Portuguese.
