Study Summary
We propose here a clinical study to you aiming at evaluating the reliability from a total test of cranial density by catching with eight fingers.
Two 5th year students from the Swiss School of Osteopaty tested thrty unknown patients.
Before carrying out the 2 cranial tests wich are " total of cranial density" and "test of density according to 4 various cranial stages", we carried out a calibration between both test in order to have a better agreement between them.
Each result found, either rigid (absence of rebound) is noted by a plus (+) as positive, or not rigid (rebound) is noted by a minus (-) as negative.
The results thus found were analyzed by 3 statistical methods, the Kappa of Cohen Coefficient, the test of χ2 from independence and the test of Mac Nemar for paired series.
